During a press conference held on Thursday morning at the center of the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development in Ajman, the Organizing Committee of the "The Goodness Festival" announced the details of the festival which will take place on Thursday 30 March over the course of 5 days in Ajman Cultural Center. The festival is organized by the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development in cooperation with the Emirates Red Crescent Authority, Emirates Media Vision and Noqta for Exhibitions. The press conference came under the patronage of Sheikh Humaid bin Ammar Al Nuaimi and in the presence of HE Rashid Mubarak Al Mansouri, Deputy Secretary General for Local Affairs in the UAE Red Crescent Authority, Mr. Waleed Al Jallaf, Head of the Internal Audit Affairs in the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development and Media Advisor Abdullah Al Shehhi, CEO of Emirates Media Network. During his word at the conference, Mr. Waleed Al Jallaf stressed that the Ministry in cooperation with its partners made sure that all segments of the society would be part of the events of the Year of Goodness. Thus a comprehensive program was formed including a charity market, theatrical shows, art craft workshops about recycling, lectures, competitions and auctions. The festival will also include a children’s play area and a food court starting from 4 pm until 8 pm.
