"Cultural Summer .. Happiness and Positivity" is the slogan of the third week of the national program “Cultural Summer” launched by the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development, under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, at all its centers across the country. The Higher Committee of the program directed all the cultural centers to dedicate the third week of the program to spread happiness among participants to make them enjoy a positive vibe while receiving their courses and workshops. “Celebrating happiness in the cultural centers in line with the strategies and plans of the National Program for Happiness and Positivity to make the UAE the happiest country in the world. His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan ensures continuous guidance on providing all elements necessary for creating a happy environment at the work, either among the ministry's staff or with the clients, which led the ministry to develop a clear strategy focused on promoting the culture of happiness and positivity for its employees, customers and society through a number of events and initiatives “The Happiness Caffe” comes at the top of the Ministry’s initiatives to spread happiness and positivity among its employees and customers.”, commented Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Director of the Government Communication Department at the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development. Al Nuami added that the happiness day will include the distribution of gifts, balloons and flowers with notes expressing happiness and positivity. Centers will also organize cultural and recreational competitions and training workshops to promote the values of happiness and positivity, in addition to honor the students who will contribute to the introduction of innovative initiatives, programs and services that achieve the highest levels of happiness.
