Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture and Youth, and H.E. Jose Herrera, Malta's Minister for the National Heritage, the Arts and Local Government, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU), with the aim of enhancing cooperation between the two countries in the cultural fields, especially in the field of antiquities, heritage, arts and libraries. The two countries will also foster creative dialogue.
