About the Service
A proactive service that allows all newly born citizens to automatically receive lifetime free membership across all public libraries affiliated with the Ministry of Culture. Membership will be activated under the ‘Usrati Bundle’ without the need to submit a separate application, thereby facilitating access to the diverse cultural and educational resources of these libraries.

To build a reading community armed with knowledge and information, capable of contributing to national development.
Empower parents by providing access to a wide range of books and educational materials that support them in raising and educating their children without the need for additional procedures.
Encourage library visits by automating the membership issuance service and linking it to the Emirati identity card, elevating broader cultural consciousness and instilling positive habits within citizens.
