Dr. Rashid Khalfan Al Nuaimi, Executive Director of the Media Regulation Office at the Ministry of Culture chaired the UAE delegation at the 51st session meeting of Council of Arab Information Ministers at the headquarters of the Arab League. The Council approved Dubai's continued status as the 2021 'Capital of Arab Media'.
